Connemara owners and riders understand just how special the breed is and why a year ago, at this show, I was inspired to create a new kind of app experience that would help me to achieve 'Thruness' with my pony, Marty.

The app that listens while you ride.

Most riding apps tell you where you went. The route, the distance, the time. This is all useful, if you remember to open the app and start a ride, but it misses the thing that matters.

Thruness listens, it will start recording a ride just by hearing 'ride Marty' and gives you insights into how you rode and how your pony is going, not just where you both went.

It runs on the phone already in your pocket. No sensors to buy, no girth straps, no clip-on hardware to forget. You say the word, your phone starts tracking, and you put it away. Thats it.

While you ride, Thruness reads your horse's movement in real time. Every stride, picked up through your phone and turned into a picture of the session: where the rhythm held, where it changed, and so much more.

When you dismount, it is all there. The map, the gaits, the shape of the ride, where you nailed it, and where you didn't quite this time :). Thruness captures the data you need, without even needing to tap the screen, so you can stay connected to your pony.

We haven't forgotten the practical essentials. Stable management and day to day reminders for the vet, physio, farrier and anyone else that helps to keep your pony in the best possible shape. You can do all of this for one pony, or more if you have them.
